You must be 21 or older to purchase. Adult signature and government issued ID are required on delivery.
Do you ship for free
Yes. Shipping is free to eligible United States addresses where alcohol delivery is allowed by law.
What is your shipping schedule
We ship Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 5 00 PM Pacific ship the same day. Orders placed after 5 00 PM Pacific ship the next day. Orders placed after 5 00 PM on Saturday ship on Monday. We do not ship on Sunday or on federal holidays observed by carriers.
How long does delivery take
Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days for most addresses once the carrier picks up your order.
Do you require age verification
Yes. The site uses an age gate. The carrier also checks a government issued photo ID at the door and collects an adult signature.
What payment methods do you accept
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses
No. Alcohol shipments require Adult Signature Required service. Carriers do not deliver these orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Do you ship outside the United States
No. We ship within the United States only where alcohol delivery is permitted.
How do I track my order
You receive a tracking email once the label is created. Use the link in that email to follow progress and manage delivery options where available.
My package shows delivered but I did not receive it
Check with other adults at the address and with neighbors. Look for a notice from the carrier. If you still need help, email Support@luxeliquirestore.com with your order number for assistance.
What happens if no adult is available to sign
The carrier attempts delivery again. After repeated attempts the package can return to our warehouse. A refund for product value applies if items arrive back in sellable condition. Return shipping fees can apply if billed by the carrier.
How do returns and refunds work
For full details see our Returns and Refunds Policy. In short, report damage or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery. Unopened items are eligible for return within 14 days with written authorization. Refunds go to the original payment method after approval.
What if items arrive damaged or leaking
Keep all packaging. Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packing, and labels. Email the photos and your order number to Support@luxeliquirestore.com within 48 hours. We arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Can I cancel or change my order
Request a change or cancellation before a label is created. After labeling, changes are limited to a carrier intercept when available. Email Support@luxeliquirestore.com as soon as possible.
Do you offer gift notes or gift receipts
Add a gift note in the order notes field at checkout. Prices appear on the packing slip only when required for customs or carrier rules inside the United States, which is uncommon.

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California.
Do you hold orders during extreme temperatures
Yes on request. We can hold during heat waves or freezing weather. If you choose immediate shipment during an advisory you accept the risk of heat or freeze damage.
Do you sell to anyone under 21
No. Sales are limited to customers 21 years and older. The carrier verifies age at delivery.
