Return & Refund Policy

Luxe Liquire Store sells alcoholic beverages in compliance with federal and California state laws. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Adult signature (21+) and valid government-issued photo identification are required upon delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to federal and state alcohol regulations, we do not accept general returns of alcoholic beverages once shipped. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during transit
  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • The product is defective upon arrival

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement (if available) or issue a refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Approved damaged or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or replacement.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Luxe Liquire Store.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason
  • Products delayed due to carrier issues outside our control
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment. Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled due to alcohol shipping regulations.

7. Shipping & Delivery Issues

We ship only to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is legally permitted. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or regulatory requirements.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or absence of an adult signature, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
