  • The product was lost or severely delayed during transit.

  • Your order was shipped in violation of age or delivery restrictions (carrier error).

Note: We do not accept returns for items that were opened, consumed, or not in original condition.

 Return Request Timeframe

You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received after 7 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

To request a return, refund, or replacement:

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with the next steps.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If a return is requested, you may be required to ship the item back to us in its original, unopened condition.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal taste preference

  • Products delivered successfully and without damage

  • Orders returned due to refusal of adult signature verification
