Order Processing Time

- Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Saturday) typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time ship the next business day.
- We do not ship on Sundays or federally observed holidays.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after carrier pickup, depending on destination, carrier schedules, and weather conditions.

Delivery Requirements
- Adult Signature Required (21+).
- Valid government-issued ID must be presented upon delivery.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Customers must ensure an adult is available to sign for delivery.

Orders ship from Los Angeles, California. We ship only to states and addresses that comply with federal and state alcohol laws. Orders placed for restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details are sent via email once the shipping label is created.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Missed Delivery & Return to Sender
- If delivery fails due to the absence of an adult signature, the carrier may attempt re-delivery.
- Packages returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping fees.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- Report any damage, leakage, or incorrect items within 48 hours.
