Purchases are limited to adults aged 21 years and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to buy and receive alcohol. Delivery requires an adult signature with government-issued ID. We do not sell or deliver to anyone under 21 years of age.

• You agree not to use this site for unlawful activity or to purchase alcohol for anyone under 21.

4. Product availability

We do our best to keep all products updated, but stock may change without notice. If a product is out of stock after you order, we will notify you and issue a refund or suggest a similar item.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
• Orders are charged at the time of purchase. If your payment fails, your order will not process.
• We do not accept cash, checks, or COD payments.

6. Shipping policy

We ship within the United States where alcohol delivery is legally permitted. We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 5 PM Pacific Monday through Saturday ship the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM Saturday ship on Monday.

7. Delivery and age verification

• All deliveries require Adult Signature Required service with valid photo ID.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.
• Carriers make multiple attempts for delivery. If delivery fails, the package can return to our warehouse. Refunds apply for product value only if items arrive in sellable condition.

8. Returns and refunds
