A 2002 Cooley Irish single malt from indie bottler Gleann Mor, finished in an ex-rum cask and bottled in 2021 as part of its Rare Finds series. Aromas buttery caramel, banana fritters and pineapple fill the nose, complemented by notes of pear drops, dates, raisins and peppery oak throughout the palate.
